Disclosure: SendSawa is our product.
If your shop is the link in your Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp bio, SendSawa is a better fit than Bumpa. It costs ₦5,000 a month, you can pay one month at a time, and everything in it is built around turning a DM into a paid order.
Bumpa is a good product, but it is built for a different seller: one with a counter, staff and stock in more than one place. Its price and its setup reflect that.
What to look for in a Bumpa alternative
Most sellers who search for a Bumpa alternative are not unhappy with what Bumpa can do. They are unhappy paying for things they never open. Before you compare any two tools, check these four things:
- How you are billed. Can you pay monthly, or do you pay three months up front?
- What is taken from each sale. A flat fee is easy to plan around. A percentage grows every time you sell more.
- How buyers order. Can a buyer pick, pay and leave you an order without messaging you first?
- How long setup takes. If setting up eats a weekend, that is a weekend of sales gone.
Here is how Bumpa and SendSawa answer each one.

SendSawa's monthly billing is easier on a slow month
On paper, Bumpa's ₦15,000 a quarter and SendSawa's ₦5,000 a month come to the same amount. The difference shows up when sales drop.
On Bumpa you have already paid for the next three months. On SendSawa you pay one month at a time, and if you stop paying, your store moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. Products above the free plan's 10 are hidden until you pay again, and they come back exactly as you left them.
If you know you will stay, paying yearly on SendSawa brings Growth down to ₦4,000 a month.
Neither of us takes a cut of your sales. On SendSawa, Korapay's fee on card payments is paid by the buyer at checkout, and bank transfers go straight into your own account, so you receive your full price either way.
Built for selling from your bio
We left POS, staff logins and SMS campaigns out of SendSawa on purpose. A seller working from their phone does not need them, and every extra feature is one more thing to set up before you can share your link.
What you get instead is a store that does the selling while you are busy:
One link for every platform. The same link works in your Instagram bio, your TikTok profile and your WhatsApp status. Buyers browse, pick a size or colour, add a few items to their cart and pay.
A Chat on WhatsApp button. Buyers who want to ask something first can still reach you, but they ask from your store, with your products in front of them.

Stock that counts itself. The count drops with each order and buyers see "Few left", so two people never pay for the same last item.
Live in about 5 minutes. Sign up, add products and prices, and share the link.
Tools that bring buyers back
The Growth plan adds the things that turn a visitor into a second and third order:
- Offers on your store: countdown banners, flash offers, discounts for buying more than one item, and a prize wheel that lands on the discount you set.
- Follow-ups: buyers who fill a cart and leave land in a list, with a WhatsApp message already written for you to send.
- Reviews from real buyers: only people who ordered from you can leave one, so new buyers can trust them.
When Bumpa is still the right choice
If you run a physical shop with a counter, have staff who need their own logins, keep stock in more than one place, or send SMS campaigns to past customers, stay with Bumpa. SendSawa does not do those things.
How to move from Bumpa to SendSawa without losing an order
- Open a SendSawa store on the free plan. No card is needed.
- Add your ten best sellers.
- Put the new link in your bio and run both stores side by side for a week.
- Let your Bumpa plan run out on its own. There is no point cancelling halfway through a quarter you have already paid for.
If you miss POS or staff accounts after that week, go back to Bumpa. You will have lost nothing but the time it took to add ten products.
